Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet in inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout. Your order will be fulfilled once the item becomes available.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
