Refund policy
Please choose carefully. As our products are physical goods, we're unable to accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
We're also unable to process refund requests for unused discount codes or purchases made before a sale period. Thank you for understanding.
Every Incaberry order is packed with care and the environment in mind. If something isn't right, please email info@incaberry.app within 48 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and photos.
Damaged items If your order arrives damaged, you're eligible for a free replacement or partial refund depending on severity. We'll need photos of the damage and packaging.
Incorrect item received If we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover all costs to get the right one to you. If you'd like to keep the incorrect item, we can arrange a store credit for any price difference.
Order not delivered If your order is returned to us because it wasn't collected in time, you're eligible for a refund minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs - once we receive the parcel back. Resending will be at your expense.
Incorrect shipping address If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and your order was delivered there, we're unable to issue a refund.
Lost in transit If your order is formally deemed lost by the carrier following an investigation, we'll either refund you in full or send a replacement.
