Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days from Perth, Western Australia, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
During peak periods (October–January) and sale events, please allow up to 4–7 business days for processing.
Shipping rates Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight. Please note: express shipping speeds up delivery once dispatched - it does not speed up order processing.
Order tracking You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. Once dispatched, we're unable to modify or redirect your order. It's your responsibility to track your delivery and ensure someone is available to receive it.
Incaberry is not responsible for delayed, stolen or missed deliveries, including failure to collect from a designated pickup point.
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch) Australia - Standard: 3–9 business days / Express: 2–4 business days
Digital products Digital products (such as PDF planners and guides) are delivered instantly to your email upon purchase. No shipping applies.
Pre-orders If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and dispatched together. For separate shipments, please place two separate orders.
Delays Delays can occasionally occur due to public holidays, peak periods, weather or carrier issues. Please get in touch sooner rather than later if something seems wrong - we can only lodge investigations within 2 weeks of your estimated delivery date.
